From Manipur violence to the ‘Save Constitution’ rant of the Opposition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 03 addressed the key issues raised in the Parliament by the Congress-led INDI bloc. PM Modi, speaking in the Rajya Sabha during the Motion of Thanks to the President's speech, emphasised measures taken by the central government to bring normalcy in strife-torn Manipur and tore into Opposition for politicising the matter.
