Horrifying: 12-Ft-Long King Cobra Spotted Hanging On A Bush Inside A Residential Compound | Watch

Viral: A 12-foot-long king cobra that got lost in a residential neighborhood in Karnataka earlier this month was the subject of a recent rescue, as shown in a video posted online by Ajay Giri, Field Director of Agumbe Rainforest Research Station (ARRS). He mentioned that an Agumbe resident had called the forest officials to report a massive snake that was lying on a shrub outside their home. 

After that, the snake was saved and let go in an area of forest that was remote from populated areas. Ajay identified the snake as a massive king cobra that was first seen in the region crossing a major road before seeking safety in a shrub inside a home's compound. He uploaded images of the terrifying reptile that was rushing between the branches and leaves. Ajay thought that as the king cobra was crawling along the road, it was being bothered by onlookers. 

The video begins with the snake's massive body hanging from a shrub and its face sticking out into the air. It had a mysterious yet sensual appearance. The images quickly showed how the forest team saved the snake and let it return to the wild. Ajay can be seen in the video attracting the snake's attention to himself and cautiously removing it from the bush. And his group carefully bagged the snake before letting it go back into the jungle.
